We offer a 6-month warranty for production defects, in addition to your EU rights.

Use trackable shipping for returns; we are not liable for lost parcels. 

Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the product, unless otherwise required by law.

Your EU consumer rights remain fully applicable. Force Majeure - we are not liable for failure due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes). If such an event lasts over 30 days, either party may cancel the agreement. By using #AdoriJewellery, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use your content for marketing purposes. You confirm you own the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights. No compensation will be provided.

If a clause is unenforceable, the rest of the T&Cs remain valid.
