5. Gift Cards

Gift cards can be used online using a unique code at checkout.

One gift card + one discount code per order.

Not redeemable for cash. Valid for 2 years.

Cannot be purchased using a discount code.

6. Delivery

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages.

You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

7. Discount Codes

Codes are not valid on new collections, gift wrapping, pouches, gift boxes, gift cards or sample sale items.

One-time use per customer unless stated otherwise.

Codes are non-transferable, not retroactive, and have no cash value.

8. Returns and Warranty

You may return items within 14 days at your own expense.

Items worn (e.g. earrings) are non-returnable unless faulty.

We offer a 6-month warranty for production defects, in addition to your EU rights.

Use trackable shipping for returns; we are not liable for lost parcels.

No reproduction or use without written permission.

14. Final Provisions

If a clause is unenforceable, the rest of the T&Cs remain valid.
